Cookies & analytics We use two kinds of cookies / similar technologies: - **Strictly necessary** — a sign-in session cookie. This is required for the Service to work and is set without consent. - **Analytics (optional)** — Google Analytics and DataFast, which help us understand how the Service is used. These **load only after you accept** via our cookie banner. If you decline, they are not loaded. You can change your choice by clearing the `mm_cookie_consent` value in your browser storage and reloading. ## 4. How information is shared (service providers) We do not sell your personal information. Your AI inputs Content you paste into the studio is sent to our AI providers to generate your assets. We do not use your content to train our own models. Each provider processes it under its own terms; if you bring your own API key, your content is sent using that key. ## 6. Your rights & choices Depending on where you live (e.g. under the GDPR in the EU/UK, or the CCPA/CPRA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right: - **Delete your account & data** directly from your [account page](https://marketmaster.dev/account) (this removes your account, connections, usage, saved packages, and subscription records), or - email [Info@decent4.com](mailto:Info@decent4.com) and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. ## 7. Data retention We keep personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it, except where a longer period is required for legal, accounting, or abuse-prevention purposes. Deleting your account removes your data as described in §6. ## 8. Security We use industry-standard safeguards: passwords are hashed with scrypt, connected-service credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM), sessions are signed, and traffic is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. ## 9. International transfers We operate in the United States and our providers may process data there and elsewhere. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers. ## 10. Children The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. ## 11.
