Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for MarketMaster.dev (the "Service"), operated by Decent4 ("we", "us", "our"). It supplements Section 6 of our Terms of Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to your original payment method.

1. Subscriptions and renewals

Paid plans are sold as recurring subscriptions (monthly or annual). Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. We email a receipt for each charge.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from your account page (Manage billing), which opens the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not, by itself, trigger a refund of the current period.

3. Refunds

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, subscription fees are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use.

We may, at our discretion, grant a refund — for example for a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or a service problem we cannot resolve. To request one, contact us (below) with your account email and the reason; approved refunds are processed by Stripe back to your original payment method.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the law of your country or region (for example, statutory withdrawal/"cooling-off" rights for consumers in the EU and UK). Where such rights apply, they prevail over the "non-refundable" rule above.

5. Subscription-only service

The Service is subscription-only: generating packages requires an active paid plan, and you are billed when you subscribe. There is no free tier or trial.

6. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe's dispute tools.
