These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MarketMaster.dev (the "Service"), operated by Decent4 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
MarketMaster.dev turns a piece of "pillar" content into a multi-channel distribution package (channel assets, a validation check, and a schedule), with optional delivery to tools you connect. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.
You must provide an accurate email and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; (b) send spam or violate the terms of any connected service (e.g. email or social platforms); (c) attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or (d) use the Service to violate any applicable law, including marketing, anti-spam, and data-protection laws (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA). You are responsible for ensuring your distribution complies with these laws, including obtaining any required consent from your own recipients.
You retain ownership of the content you submit ("Input"). You grant us a limited license to process your Input to operate the Service (including sending it to our AI providers to generate output). As between you and us, you own the generated output ("Output"), subject to our providers' terms and to the rights of any third party.
AI disclaimer. Output is generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, non-original, or unsuitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and ensuring you have the rights to use any Output before publishing it. The Service surfaces claims and quality checks for human sign-off; it does not guarantee correctness, performance, or results.
If you supply your own AI API key or connect third-party accounts (Mailchimp, Buffer, webhooks, Google Search Console), you authorize us to use those credentials to perform the actions you request. You are responsible for your use of those services and for any fees they charge. Your connected credentials are encrypted at rest and used only on your behalf.
Paid plans are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel or manage billing at any time from your account page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Plan usage limits (e.g. monthly generation caps) apply as described at checkout. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable; approved refunds are returned through Stripe. The Service integrates with third parties (see our Privacy Policy for the list). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any marketing result will be achieved.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECENT4 WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold Decent4 harmless from claims arising out of your Input, your Output, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. 4, 8–10) will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and Decent4 agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
